Overview

Role: Tier 1 Technician

Location: Bogota - Onsite (Fridays at Home)

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

  • First-line support for users
  • Password resets, MFA enrollments, identity verification
  • Active Directory & permissions management
  • Troubleshoot Windows 11, VPN, printers, and SaaS apps
  • Support Office 365, Zoom, Teams, Salesforce, Citrix environments
  • Deliver outstanding customer service

What we’re looking for

  • 6 months–1 year Tier 1 experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, SaaS tools
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
