Overview
Role: Tier 1 Technician
Location: Bogota - Onsite (Fridays at Home)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
- First-line support for users
- Password resets, MFA enrollments, identity verification
- Active Directory & permissions management
- Troubleshoot Windows 11, VPN, printers, and SaaS apps
- Support Office 365, Zoom, Teams, Salesforce, Citrix environments
- Deliver outstanding customer service
What we’re looking for
- 6 months–1 year Tier 1 experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, SaaS tools
- Strong communication & customer service skills
