Robert Half is consistently hiring Help Desk and IT Support professionals to support end users across a wide range of client environments.

What our clients typically need:

+ Tier 1–2 support for hardware, software, and access issues

+ User onboarding and offboarding support

+ Password resets, MFA troubleshooting, and workstation setup

+ Ticket documentation and escalation when needed

+ Customer-focused communication with non-technical users

Requirements
Ideal background:

+ 1+ year of IT support experience or strong technical foundation

+ Familiarity with Windows environments and basic networking concepts

+ Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk

+ Strong communication and customer service skills
