Description We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves providing technical assistance and resolving IT-related issues for end users while ensuring the smooth operation of systems and processes. The ideal candidate will excel in troubleshooting, communication, and maintaining a secure IT environment.
