Description We are looking for an experienced Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Hoboken, New Jersey. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical assistance to faculty, staff, and end users, ensuring smooth computing operations and resolving issues with a focus on excellent customer service. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive problem solver with strong technical knowledge and outstanding communication skills.

• Provide comprehensive Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to faculty, staff, and end users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage and prioritize support requests using Freshservice, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
