Our client is seeking an experienced Help Desk/Desktop Support to join a high-performing team in Ottawa. Requirements:

-Provide first‑level technical support to users via phone, email, and in person.

-Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

-Install and configure computers, peripherals, and standard applications.

-Document support tickets and escalate issues when needed.
