Description We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Portage, Michigan. In this role, you will provide essential IT support to ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist users with their technology needs. • Operate the IT Help Desk, addressing and resolving support tickets efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Configure and set up new hardware and software for users, ensuring proper functionality.
