Job Description
We are currently scaling our engineering team and are looking for a Seasoned Golang Professional to act as a technical interviewer. Your goal is to vet incoming candidates, assess their true proficiency in Go, and provide a detailed recommendation on their technical fit.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct 45-60 minute technical interviews via Google Meet.
2. Assess core Go competencies, including:
2.1. Goroutines, Channels, and Concurrency patterns.
2.2. Interface design and The Go Way of structuring code.
2.3. Error handling and performance optimization.
2.4. Microservices architecture and Tooling (Go modules, testing frameworks).
2.5. Review take-home assignments or conduct live coding sessions.
2.6. Provide a standardized feedback report for each candidate, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and a Hire/No Hire recommendation.
