Help Needed for Fruit and Vegetable Picking in Garden

I have a small garden with a variety of fruits and vegetables ready for harvest. I'm looking for someone experienced in picking produce carefully to avoid damage. The main crops are apples, tomatoes, and beans. Ideally, you should know how to handle different types of fruits and vegetables and be able to work efficiently. I would appreciate help with gathering everything and preparing it for storage. Flexible with timing but prefer daytime hours.
