Help Needed for Packing and Moving Small Apartment Items

I'm looking for someone to assist with packing and moving various small items from my one-bedroom apartment. The job includes carefully packing fragile items, disassembling some furniture, and helping load everything into a van. The move is local, within Dublin, and I would appreciate someone reliable and careful. Experience with moving or packing is preferred. The date is flexible but ideally within the next two weeks.
