This is a part-time remote role for a Helpdesk Engineer. The role involves providing technical assistance to users, troubleshooting issues, offering help desk support, and managing printer and computer hardware support. The Helpdesk Engineer will handle user queries efficiently and ensure prompt resolution of technical issues to maintain seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Help Desk Support experience
- Skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Expertise in Printer Support and Computer Hardware maintenance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users effectively
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently in a remote setting
- Prior experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, or related certifications, is a plus
