Job Description

• Installing and supporting user application software
• Support user requests for new software
• Providing customer support in the use of assigned software/usage of HPC systems
o Field requests and enter into tracking.
o Investigate requests to determine if they will be granted or not.
o Help users to self-install if appropriate.
• Support the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL)
