Additionally there is a regular stream of IT admin tasks. The Helpdesk Operator must possess a positive attitude and strong dedication to providing quality customer service at all times.
Job Duties/Essential Functions
- Enter failures into the help desk problem management system(s).
- Ensure thorough first-level problem determination is executed utilizing all available research tools with the objective of resolving as many customer issues as possible. Escalate promptly when unable to resolve at first level.
- Provide accurate troubleshooting assistance with an appropriate sense of urgency and a positive atitude.
- Exercise professional writen and verbal communication skills at all times.
- Daily follow up of all outstanding help calls before leaving each day.
