Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or a similar field.


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support role.


• Experience in user support, including diagnosis and resolution of technical issues.


• Hands-on experience installing, configuring and maintaining Windows 10 and Windows 11 workstations.


• Experience working with ServiceNow.


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.


• Knowledge of analysis, troubleshooting and resolution (Networks; Applications; Systems; Windows, Office).


• Ability to produce clear technical and process documentation.


• Proactivity and dynamism.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.
