Job Description
This is a remote position. The Helpdesk Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implement solutions. This individual will be responsible for responding to End User requests and issues remotely but may require emergency dispatch. The ideal candidate has strong technical fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping users resolve technology-related challenges.
