FII USA, Inc ., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support and manage IT infrastructure.
Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the IT Department in an office environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.
The Helpdesk Technician will resolve end-user technical issues, manage system configurations, and maintain IT equipment while assisting the IT Department as needed.
