Position Summary:
The Helpdesk Technician will be responsible for providing first- and second-line technical support to users, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of IT systems and production infrastructure. Your daily tasks will include hardware and software support, troubleshooting desktop and network issues, supporting printers and peripherals, and assisting with backup, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users (on-site and remote);
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues;
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals;
- Support production and industrial IT infrastructure;
- Manage user accounts and permissions;
- Monitor and support backup, disaster recovery, and storage systems;
