About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Helpdesk Technician to join our IT support team. This position is ideal for someone with basic knowledge of the Azure and AD user management environments. This role will involve basic end user support and acting as the first point of contact for support phone calls, triaging of helpdesk tickets with assignment and escalation to tier 2 or higher issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Ability to perform basic user administration including disabling user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.

  •  Support password resets, group membership changes, and basic access requests.

  •  Help troubleshoot login and authentication issues, including MFA support.

  •  Support Azure Virtual Desktop issues including login and connection issues.
