Requirements

• Performs manual labor activities on construction sites, with a focus on drilling, excavation, and concrete pouring operations.
• Follow instructions from the operator and team leader.
• Assist the Operator in positioning and relocating equipment.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from vehicles.
• Keep the workplace clean and organized.
• Comply with company procedures.
• Actively participate in all safety meetings.
• Support the supervisor in departmental activities.
• Ability to assist in positioning and relocating equipment.
• Skills in supporting construction site activities.
• Ability to clean and maintain order in work areas.
