– Established busy practice of 6 MDs and 5 APPs
– Call 1:7; Block scheduling for call week
– Outpatient clinic with on-site: Infusion and Pharmacists, Imaging
– Nurse and ancillary support services
– Inpatient oncology unit
– Surgical oncologist, Plastics, Pathology, Radiology
– Research Program with onsite registrars
– Commission on Cancer Accreditation
