**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
Are you a driven Hematologist & Oncologist looking for the flexibility of a PRN role within an established, high-performing oncology program? Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible physician to provide expert care on a per diem basis at the Mary & Richard Solari Cancer Center in beautiful Santa Cruz.
This role offers the perfect balance of clinical autonomy and collaboration, allowing you to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a coastal community where the redwoods meet the Pacific.

**Responsibilities**
+ Deliver expert hematology and oncology care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
+ Utilize the co-located Solari Infusion Center for modern treatment delivery.
+ Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including participating in daily rounds for the 17-bed inpatient unit as needed.
+ Partner with navigators and social workers to ensure a seamless patient journey from diagnosis through survivorship.
**Compensation**
+ Rate: $2,370 per 8-hour shift.
+ Status: Per Diem (Non-benefited).
**Job Requirements**
+ MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
+ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology.
+ Valid California Medical License (or ability to obtain).
+ A commitment to mission-driven, patient-centered care.
