Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Hexagon EAM users, including issue resolution, user access, and data integrity. Work with vendors and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. 

• Monitor and maintain interfaces between Hexagon EAM and SAP, ensuring data synchronization and timely resolution of integration issues. 

• Collaborate with Level 3 IT Analysts and Business Users to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements. 

• Participate in development, testing and support deployment of new features or modules. 

• Perform routine system maintenance, patch testing, and upgrades in coordination with the global IT team.

 • Document support processes, FAQs, and training materials for end-users. 

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data governance, and security standards.
