Our client is looking for an experienced HFP – Training Administrator

Placement Purpose and Requirements

Duties will include:

•Provide customer service support during training sessions, including responding to queries, greeting trainers, and communicating with attendees and providers.

• Coordinate internal training logistics such as room bookings and liaising with internal stakeholders.

• Assist with training communications by planning upcoming sessions and identifying promotional opportunities.

• Facilitate training delivery by supporting setup, on-table facilitation, and assisting trainers during sessions.

• Lead or support pilot runs of new training programmes, offering feedback and helping refine content.

• Contribute to quality assurance by gathering and interpreting feedback, implementing improvements, and supporting data analysis.
