HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicle) Description Class 1 HGV Drivers – Whitchurch Drivers Direct Recruitment are looking to recruit several Class 1 Drivers on behalf of our client to join their team in Whitchurch. Rates: £17.00 – £20.00 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
The Role: Refrigerated vehicle work (HGV Class 1).
Up to 3 drops and collections per shift.
Paid induction required prior to starting.
Nights out optional.
4 on 4 off shift available (Own truck allocated)
Shift Times: Day Shifts: Start times between 03:00 – 08:00.
Night Shifts: Start times between 16:00 – 20:00.
Key Responsibilities: Complete daily vehicle checks in line with company procedures.
Ensure all deliveries and collections are carried out safely and professionally.
Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and hand it in at the end of each shift.
Provide excellent service and maintain good customer relations.
