Job Description
We are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to join a busy de-fleet operation in Mansfield. Working on behalf of a leading automotive company, you will be responsible for the safe movement and basic checks of trailers and units within a large, fast-paced yard environment.
The Role
Shunting trailers and units around the de-fleet yard to support vehicle cleaning and preparation teamsMoving units and trailers into designated parking bays within the compoundCarrying out basic vehicle checks, including oil levels and tyre tread depthDriving a range of HGV units and trailers of different makes and modelsWorking safely and efficiently within a busy yard environment Requirements:
HGV Class 1 (CE) licence held for at least 2 yearsNo more than 6 points on licence for minor offencesBe confident to manoeuvre Class 1 vehicles within a busy compound environment
