Job Description

We are recruiting experienced HGV Technicians to join a busy vehicle maintenance site in Corby, supporting the servicing and repair of a large commercial fleet. This is a hands-on role suited to technicians who are confident carrying out diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance to a high standard.


The Role:

  • Diagnose faults using manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools, including intermittent issues

  • Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance across the HGV fleet

  • Complete major mechanical repairs such as engine, gearbox, and drivetrain work

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections in line with DVSA standards

  • Accurately complete job cards, inspection sheets, and service documentation

  • Conduct MOT inspections and quality checks where required

  • Support apprentices and technicians through on-the-job guidance
