<p>Hidesign is looking for a driven and professional corporate/institutional sales head to manage its rapidly growing business.<br/><br/> Corporate and Institutional Sales is among our fastest growing sales channels and a significant contributor to our overall revenue.<br/><br/> Do you like to close deals? Are you strong at developing personal relationships with customers?.<br/><br/> Designation: Institutional Sales Head.<br/><br/> Location: Pondicherry<br/><br/> Position Description:<br/><br/></p><p> - Business head for all corporate and institutional sales, Canteen Stores Department & Indian Navy Stores, bulk gift card sales and reward redemption programs both domestically and internationally.<br/><br/>- You will be working directing with our 8 Regional Heads, driving them and motivating them, and reporting to our National Business Sales Head.<br/><br/>- You will also have 1 person in Pondicherry assisting you with production operations and order delivery.<br/><br/>- You will work with our design and production teams to design appropriate corporate products within budgets and then to ensure timely delivery of orders.<br/><br/>- Every year we consistently have a 10% on time delivery rate.<br/><br/>- You will develop business with corporates and gifting agencies, visit clients and manage our Hidesign-branded canteen and navy stores and shop-in-shops.<br/><br/>- Marketing of corporate sales through digital and offline, in coordination with marketing team.<br/><br/> Hiring Profile:<br/><br/>- A masters degree with 05-20 years overall experience in corporate sales/ Institutional sales or business development function of progressive well managed companies.<br/><br/>- Deep understanding and contacts of the retail sector mandatory and have ability the ability to develop business.<br/><br/>- Strong negotiating skills and iron-clad integrity are requirements.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of corporate clients, functions, payment collections.<br/><br/>- Robust revenue and profitability focus, with an ability to track business metrics on a regular basis.<br/><br/>- A hands on manager who can prioritize business issues and manage them in an aggressive manner.<br/><br/>- Familiarity and comfort with corporate order negotiations should have the ability to bring the orders and translate it to business and commercial discussions.<br/><br/>- Appreciation of premium products useful, to be able to relate to the needs of the business and adapt to the culture.<br/><br/>- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills.<br/><br/>- Entrepreneurial, and possess a proactive approach.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
