• Assist the Executive Chef in menu development and implementation.
• Maintain high culinary standards across all kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be adaptable, and able to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification;


• No less than 8 years of working experience as a chef/sous chef;


• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams successfully;


• Familiarity with modern restaurant management practices; -  Fluency in English (oral & written).
