• A broad knowledge of Internet performance and security technology is required. Additionally, experience in IT or computer science is an asset as it would bring significant value during project execution which enhances overall efficiency greatly making things run smoothly across multiple platforms also looking into high level data collection for technical troubleshooting purposes while interacting daily tasks requiring continuous support thereby ensuring stability keeping everything operational
