Job Summary:
The HNW Centre Manager will be primarily responsible for the end-to-end operations, coordination, and client experience of our High Net Worth (HNW) Centre.

This role carries managerial accountability for ensuring that the centre operates seamlessly within mall-designated hours, delivers private banking–level standards, and supports both corporate and agency-led activities.

This is an entry-level managerial position with a defined progression pathway to a Client Experience Officer role.
