High-Quality Print Specialist

Role Overview:

The company is seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join the team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for operating flexographic presses to produce high-quality prints.

The successful candidate will have minimum 3 years' experience as a press operator or relevant equivalent and demonstrate expertise in managing complex printing processes. A strong understanding of manufacturing standards and quality control procedures is essential.

• Organize daily setup on multiple presses to minimize downtime
• Prioritize production tasks in collaboration with supervisors to meet deadlines
• Maintain equipment performance through routine maintenance and repair work order reports
