High Risk Trainer / Assessor

Mandurah Safety & Training Services (MSTS) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering quality training across Western Australia.

With continued growth, we’re looking for a Full‑Time High Risk Trainer/Assessor to join our team.

This role will be based in the Peel and Port Hedland (Pilbara) regions, with some travel required to mine sites and client locations across WA. The roster operates Monday to Friday, rotating between Mandurah and Port Hedland, with weekends off.

You’ll deliver and assess a range of nationally recognised courses. We’re after someone who takes pride in delivering quality training that’s practical, industry‑relevant, and engaging.

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)

WorkSafe WA ASSESSOR ACCREDITATION for High Risk Work

HRWL (minimum LF, WP, DG, RB)

Current Driver’s Licence

Experience in the mining and/or construction industries

MSTS will provide training and support to help you build your skills.
