REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with intellectual property matters, including patent and/or copyright litigation. An undergraduate or advanced degree, or industry experience, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, or Physics is required. Outstanding legal research and analytical abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, a strong work ethic, a team player, and an interest in taking ownership of projects and increased levels of responsibilities for client matters are required. Candidates must be admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing, and will need to be admitted to the D.C. Bar. Registration to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office is preferred but not required.
