Technical Support Specialist
About the Role:
This position is responsible for providing technical support to internal users, ensuring business continuity by resolving hardware and software issues. The Technical Support Specialist will also configure, deploy and maintain end-user devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second level technical support to internal users (hardware, software, connectivity). Configure end-user devices (laptops/desktops/printers/peripherals).
- (support) Wi-Fi/VPNs/switche&s/firewalls . Ensure proper IT onboarding/offboarding processes.
(>t Manage user lifecycle access through Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD)'/Administer Devices policies via Microsoft Endpoint Manager/&Intune .
