High Volume Hiring — Ukrainian-speaking Customer Support (Remote)

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for Ukrainian-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a fully remote project based in Portugal, with an immediate start. This role is ideal for candidates who are already living in Portugal and are looking for a stable, long-term remote opportunity within an international company. You will be responsible for supporting customers via chat, email, and phone, depending on the project, while ensuring accuracy, empathy, and a high level of service quality. Your daily tasks will include handling incoming customer requests, identifying and resolving issues, documenting interactions in internal systems, and escalating complex cases when required.
