Responsibilities
- Talent Matchmaking: Source, screen, and schedule top-quality candidates for high-volume and specialized roles.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, culture, and goals.
- Candidate Champion: Serve as a single point of contact, guiding candidates through screening, assessments, and onboarding.
- Pipeline Mastery: Reactivate, engage, and redeploy talent through creative outreach strategies (text campaigns, direct outreach, etc.).
- Data-Driven Results: Maintain ATS systems with precision and work to exceed KPIs while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Language Pro: Advanced conversational English (you’ll need it every day!).
