About the Role:

As a HLTA, you’ll play a key role in supporting teaching and learning – delivering interventions, covering lessons, and helping to raise attainment across Key Stage 3 & 4. You'll work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to support pupils both in groups and on a 1:1 basis and group setting.
