Higher Level Teaching Assistant

A secondary school within a multi-academy trust is seeking to appoint a Higher Level Learning Support Worker to join a well-established and supportive SEND team. You will work closely with the SENDCO, Deputy SENDCO, SEND Manager and Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with additional needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team where SEND support is well structured and valued.

The successful candidate will:

• Be trained in autism support

• Hold Team Teach training, or be willing to undertake this training

• Show initiative and confidence when working independently

• Work effectively as part of a wider faculty and SEND team
