Field Service Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to support clients in the healthcare technology and pharmaceutical automation industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, telecommunication systems, or systems engineering and at least three years of experience in second-level field support. They should also be proficient in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance of devices, diagnosis and resolution of issues on site and remotely, installation, start-up, and adjustment of devices. Additionally, they will diagnose issues related to artificial vision systems installed on devices. The successful candidate must be able to develop service documentation for various types of maintenance manuals.
