We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer (Civil) to oversee the design and supervision of utility installations and HDD works in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in utilities installation, and a strong understanding of the local utilities network.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing supervision activities, ensuring compliance with authority standards, managing coordination with service authorities.
