Location: Kent • Salary: £38000 - 45000

Our client, a UK leading Highways contractor, is looking for an experienced Supervisor who is self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of working within the Highways Sector.

This is a hands-on role and will be working at a fast pace for a demanding client.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the client, strong supervisor and communicate at all levels
• Overseeing and able to carry out backfilling and muck away operations
• Overseeing and able to carry out reinstatement of tarmac and/or slabs, concrete, block paving and kerbs
• Complete all relevant paperwork to complete day-to-day tasks – risk assessments etc.
• Good customer service skills are required as dealing with internal and external personnel
