Hire Controller

We have 8 branches nationwide, serving the needs of both public and private sector customers. GPT is part of The Briggs Equipment Group, a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across Ireland and the UK. We currently have a new position based in our Dublin branch as a Hire Desk Assistant. In this role you will be: Answering the telephone and directing calls to the correct team member/department Ensuring machines are serviced before going out on hire. Working collaboratively with team members within the service team and other departments. Liaising with customers keeping them updated on progress of work.
