Monday-Friday working hours 7:30-5pm

Responsibilities of the Hire Desk Controller:

Dealing with customer enquiries, processing on/off hires of machinery 
Organising the delivery of equipment to customers 
Processing invoices 
Ensuring equipment is available to be hired to customers 
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
General Administration - Keeping the system updated
