∙ Experienced in Leasing & Sales of Commercial Assets (High end projects)  

∙ Advising  on the market analysis and help them make a decision for Lease / Purchase  

∙ Understand client’s financial situation and advise accordingly  

∙ Sound Knowledge of Lease & Commercial Documentation.  

∙ Open to travel and organize Site Visits as and when required by Clients and Organization.
