βExperienced in Leasing & Sales of Commercial Assets (High end projects)
βAdvising on the market analysis and help them make a decision for Lease / Purchase
βUnderstand clientβs financial situation and advise accordingly
βSound Knowledge of Lease & Commercial Documentation.
βOpen to travel and organize Site Visits as and when required by Clients and Organization.
βGood Negotiation Skills
βSound Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Presentation (PPT) skills
βExcellent communication in English
βExcellent communication skills and needs to be an aggressive Business Development
operative
βHas to have good CRM Skills.
βNeeds to prepare competition analysis and regularly update on market information
βWork with IPCβs, Brokers and create a pipeline of opportunities. Nurture Relationships
βWork with Marketing Team to create campaigns and boost leasing and sales
βHas to be a Team Player
βSome basic Knowledge of Design and Technical aspects of Commercial Properties
βKnowledge of Government Policies with Real Estate
Requirements
β5-7 years experience in real estate sales
βMale Candidate/Female candidate
βHas 2 wheeler
βYoung
βEnglish communication needs to be crisp
βExcellent verbal & written communication skills
βComputer savvy with in-depth working knowledge of MS Office
