Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
About client - Our client isone of the UK’s foremost housing groups, managing a portfolio of quality, safe and affordable homes for over 100,000 customers.
∙Experienced in Leasing & Sales of Commercial Assets (High end projects)
∙Advising on the market analysis and help them make a decision for Lease / Purchase
∙Understand client’s financial situation and advise accordingly
∙Sound Knowledge of Lease & Commercial Documentation.
∙Open to travel and organize Site Visits as and when required by Clients and Organization.
∙Good Negotiation Skills
∙Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Presentation (PPT) skills
∙Excellent communication in English
∙Excellent communication skills and needs to be an aggressive Business Development
operative
∙Has to have good CRM Skills.
∙Needs to prepare competition analysis and regularly update on market information
∙Work with IPC’s, Brokers and create a pipeline of opportunities. Nurture Relationships
∙Work with Marketing Team to create campaigns and boost leasing and sales
∙Has to be a Team Player
∙Some basic Knowledge of Design and Technical aspects of Commercial Properties
∙Knowledge of Government Policies with Real Estate

Requirements

∙5-7 years experience in real estate sales
∙Male Candidate/Female candidate
∙Has 2 wheeler
∙Young
∙English communication needs to be crisp
∙Excellent verbal & written communication skills
∙Computer savvy with in-depth working knowledge of MS Office
Smart, confident, and a go-getter
