Exciting JOB Opportunity For Cooks / Chefs To Work In Finland
Responsibilitie
Prepare, cook, and present meals in compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Follow recipes and menus while contributing creative input to menu development
Manage kitchen inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize food waste
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations
Supervise kitchen staff, including training and guiding junior team members
Collaborate with head chefs and kitchen managers to ensure smooth daily operations
Adapt to seasonal and cultural menu changes in alignment with customer demand
Requirements
Minimum 2+years of experience as a Cook or Chef in a professional kitchen setting
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in reading and following recipes, as well as basic menu planning
Willingness to relocate and adapt to Finnish work culture and lifestyle
Basic understanding of Finnish language (additional language training provided)
Valid work authorization or eligibility to obtain a Finnish employment residence permit through the hiring agency
