Exciting JOB Opportunity For Cooks / Chefs To Work In Finland

Responsibilitie

  • Prepare, cook, and present meals in compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Follow recipes and menus while contributing creative input to menu development
  • Manage kitchen inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize food waste
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations
  • Supervise kitchen staff, including training and guiding junior team members
  • Collaborate with head chefs and kitchen managers to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Adapt to seasonal and cultural menu changes in alignment with customer demand

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+years of experience as a Cook or Chef in a professional kitchen setting
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in reading and following recipes, as well as basic menu planning
  • Willingness to relocate and adapt to Finnish work culture and lifestyle
  • Basic understanding of Finnish language (additional language training provided)
  • Valid work authorization or eligibility to obtain a Finnish employment residence permit through the hiring agency
