Exciting JOB Opportunity For Cooks / Chefs To Work In Finland
Responsibilitie
- Prepare, cook, and present meals in compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Follow recipes and menus while contributing creative input to menu development
- Manage kitchen inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize food waste
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations
- Supervise kitchen staff, including training and guiding junior team members
- Collaborate with head chefs and kitchen managers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adapt to seasonal and cultural menu changes in alignment with customer demand
Requirements
- Minimum 2+years of experience as a Cook or Chef in a professional kitchen setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in reading and following recipes, as well as basic menu planning
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to Finnish work culture and lifestyle
- Basic understanding of Finnish language (additional language training provided)
- Valid work authorization or eligibility to obtain a Finnish employment residence permit through the hiring agency
