Exciting Job Opportunity For Espresso Machine Operator To Work In Oman!!!

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventive servicing of espresso machines and café equipment.
  
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults promptly and accurately.
  
• Install new equipment and calibrate settings to meet operational standards.
  
• Provide timely technical support during equipment failures or service disruptions.
  
• Clean and maintain internal and external components to ensure hygiene and performance.
  
• Monitor machine performance and implement adjustments to maintain peak efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+experience in servicing and repairing espresso and coffee-making equipment.
  
• In-depth knowledge of various espresso machine models and their operating systems.
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes of malfunctions.
  
• Advance proficiency in English for reading manuals, communicating with team members, and documenting issues.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
  

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, respectful, and consistently positive demeanor. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment. Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and change. Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant service or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Openness to learning, following procedures, and adapting to dynamic situations.
