Exciting Job Opportunity For Chef To Work In Qatar Responsibilities: Prepare and execute traditional South Indian dishes using authentic recipes and regional techniques. Manage kitchen operations during peak hours, ensuring timely and consistent food delivery. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in compliance with commercial kitchen regulations. Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, promoting efficiency, teamwork, and adherence to recipes. Source and manage ingredients with attention to freshness, quality, and seasonal availability. Requirements Requirements: Minimum 25 years of hands-on experience in a South Indian or Kerala-style kitchen. Expertise in traditional cooking methods including steaming, tempering, roasting, and slow-cooking. In-depth knowledge of regional spice blends, coconut-based gravies, tamarind, curry leaves, and other core ingredients. Proven experience in preparing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian South Indian dishes. Basic proficiency in English or Hindi (Malayalam or Tamil is a plus).
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experienced
