Exciting Job Opportunity For Floor Manager To Work In Qatar!!! Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the performance of servers, captains, hosts, and support staff Maintain consistent high standards of guest service, including timely resolution of feedback and complaints Optimize table turnover and seating capacity by managing reservations, walk-ins, and guest flow Enforce strict adherence to staff grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Requirements Minimum 35 years of experience as a Floor Manager or Restaurant Supervisor in a high-volume casual or fine-casual dining environment Prior experience working in Qatar or other GCC countries is highly preferred In-depth knowledge of FOH operations, service protocols, and guest experience management Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi and Malayalam is an advantage Kerala background preferred.

Experienced
